What to expect You will be shown how we process our rabbits, from dispatch to butcher. Then you can decide if this is something you want to stay and try. For $50 you will be able to watch us process 1 rabbit, and you will have individual guide time through processing 2 yourself. You will take home your two processed rabbits, including their hide if you want. You can either tan the hide or dehydrate them for dog/cat treats. Participants MUST be over 18 years old. You may choose to bring your own butcher knifes or use ours. If you choose to observe the class the cost will be $15, you can take notes, but will not be taking home any processed meat.
